Service Description

Happy Horse AI is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create videos from text prompts, images, and other inputs. The Service is offered through paid subscription plans with different credit allowances, render concurrency, and output capabilities.

Account Registration

• You must create an account to submit Happy Horse AI render jobs, manage billing, and save projects.
• You must register with accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create a Happy Horse AI account.

Subscription Plans and Billing

• Happy Horse AI offers Happy Horse Pro and Happy Horse Scale paid subscription plans.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• Credits are allocated per billing cycle and do not roll over to the next period.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Credits and Usage

• Each Happy Horse AI plan includes a monthly credit allowance for video generation.
• Credits are consumed per video generation based on resolution, duration, and model used.
• Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
• Additional credit packages may be offered to active paid subscribers.

User Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to content you upload to Happy Horse AI (images, prompts, etc.).
• You grant Happy Horse AI a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• You own the videos generated by Happy Horse AI from your content.
• Paid Happy Horse AI plans include a commercial license for generated videos.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Happy Horse AI to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive or defraud
• Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
• Circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or security measures
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Happy Horse AI
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
• Resell or redistribute Happy Horse AI services without authorization

Content Moderation

Happy Horse AI reserves the right to review, flag, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

Service Availability

• Happy Horse AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
• Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Horse AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Happy Horse AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your access to the Service and any stored content will be removed.
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of Happy Horse AI after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Happy Horse AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
